As of August 5, 2026:
- Headless agent fleets — running production coding-agent fleets on NEEDLE with HOOP as the control plane, and writing up what actually works in the notes.
- Rust data tooling — a pure-Rust GRIB2 weather-data decoder (gribtract), verified field-by-field against the reference implementation, heading toward crates.io.
- This site — expanding the discoverable surface: server-rendered portfolio, a guides section on remote development environments, and a TIL stream. The plan is public in the repo.
